Sergio Villalobos-Ruminott is a Professor of Spanish and Latin American Literature at the University of Michigan, affiliated with the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures. He chairs the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Committee and the MLA 20th/21st Century Latin American Literature Committee. Prior to U-M, he held positions at the University of Arkansas and completed his Ph.D. at the University of Pittsburgh (2003).
