Sergio Dellavalle is a Professor of Public Law and State Theory at the University of Turin, Italy. He holds visiting appointments as a Fellow at St Edmund’s College (University of Cambridge) and as a Senior Research Affiliate at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (MPIL) in Heidelberg.
