Serghei Musaji is an Assistant Professor of International Business in the Faculty of Management at the University of New Brunswick. He earned his PhD with Honors from IE Business School (IE University, Spain), specializing in strategy and entrepreneurship within international contexts. His research examines immigrant entrepreneurship, organizational learning, and environmental performance in firms.
Current projects analyze post-immigration business success factors, team composition effects in ventures, and energy efficiency in organizational operations. His work integrates economic geography with strategic management frameworks, particularly investigating location choices and cross-country differences affecting business outcomes.
Publications focus on entrepreneurial team dynamics, learning curve applications, and immigrant business adaptation. Research demonstrates methodological diversity combining quantitative analysis with sociological frameworks to examine identity and performance relationships.
