Serena Rodriguez is an Assistant Professor at the Health Promotion & Behavioral Sciences Department of the School of Public Health, UTHealth Houston, based in Dallas. She co-leads CoLab (Community, Connection, and Collaboration), focusing on substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery support services centered on individuals with lived experience.
