Dr. Serena Butler-Johnson serves as Director of the Counseling and Wellness Center at the University of the District of Columbia while holding an academic appointment as Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology at George Washington University. She concurrently contributes as faculty to the DC Department of Behavioral Health – St. Elizabeth’s Psychiatry Residency Training Program, demonstrating leadership across clinical administration, policy development, and strategic mental health service delivery.
