Prof Seng Loke is a Visiting Professor at Deakin University's School of Information Technology, directing the Centre for Software, Systems & Society (CS3) and co-leading CITECORE's Platforms and Applications Lab. He previously held adjunct roles at La Trobe University and Southern Cross University. His research focuses on smart cities, IoT, AI, and technology ethics, with notable books like The Automated City (2021). He is an ACM Distinguished Speaker and part of the IEEE Computer Society’s Distinguished Visitor program.
