Seha Akduman

Asst. Prof. Dr. Seha Akduman is a member of the academic staff at Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Chest Diseases. Her work bridges clinical practice with research in respiratory diseases, particularly COPD and lung cancer.

• Education: MD from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases specialization at Hacettepe University

Her research focuses on COPD pathophysiology, lung cancer staging, and AI applications in respiratory medicine. She has published extensively on COPD diagnostics, biomarkers, and interventional therapies like the Karakoca resector balloon.
