Revd Dr Seforosa (Sef) Carroll is a Lecturer in Cross Cultural Ministry and Theology at United Theological College, affiliated with Charles Sturt University's School of Theology. Born in Fiji and raised in Lautoka, she brings a diasporic perspective to her theological work, focusing on migration, hospitality, and cultural intersections.
