Sebastien Farnaud is Professor of Enterprise and Innovation in Healthcare Technology at Coventry University's Centre for Health and Life Sciences. He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from King's College London.
His research focuses on biotechnological applications including bioleaching for metal recovery from electronic waste, iron metabolism in Parkinson's disease, and antimicrobial peptide development. Current projects develop sustainable methods for precious metal extraction.
