Sebastiano Serpico

Sebastiano Serpico is a Professor at the Department of Naval, Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering (DITEN) of the University of Genoa, Italy, and serves as President of the university's Scuola Superiore IANUA graduate school.
