Sebastian Trimpe is a full professor at RWTH Aachen University, leading the newly established Institute for Data Science in Mechanical Engineering (DSME). Concurrently, he serves as a Max Planck Research Group Leader at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems (MPI-IS) in Stuttgart (in Nebentätigkeit), heading the Cyber Valley Max Planck Research Group on Intelligent Control Systems.
