Sebastian Mai

Sebastian Mai is an External Lecturer and Senior Scientist in the Department of Theoretical Chemistry at the University of Vienna's Faculty of Chemistry. His research focuses on molecular processes in excited states, including intersystem crossing, relaxation mechanisms, and ultrafast dynamics. He holds degrees of Dipl.-Chem. and Dr., and has contributed to advanced computational methods like excitonic configuration interaction and vibronic coupling models.
