Sebastian Löcker

Sebastian Löcker is a Researcher and PhD student at the University of Bonn, Faculty of Law, under the Chair of Prof. Dr. Dr. Wolfgang Durner LL.M. He is affiliated with the competence network "KomUR II - Challenges of Environmental Law" since April 2023, focusing on legal tensions between offshore wind energy and marine nature conservation. Previously, he worked as a research assistant in a Bonn law firm specializing in administrative law (2021-2023) after completing his law studies at the University of Bonn (2016-2022) and passing the First State Examination in Law with a focus on environmental, planning, public commercial, and infrastructure law.
