Sebastian Jilke

Sebastian Jilke is Provost's Distinguished Associate Professor at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy and co-director of the Better Government Lab. His research applies behavioral science to public management, examining how government reforms affect citizens and service delivery, particularly regarding administrative burdens and equity.
