Sean Wise

Dr. Sean Wise is a Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University's School of Business Management, Department of Entrepreneurship & Innovation. He holds a BA, LLB, MBA, and PhD from Carleton University, University of Ottawa, and University of Glasgow respectively. His expertise spans entrepreneurship ecosystems, venture capital, and startup lifecycle analysis. Wise has mentored over 200 technology startups raising $2.1B in capital, founded five ventures, and serves as a partner at Ryerson Futures. He hosted CBC's Dragons' Den and the Oprah Winfrey Network's Naked Entrepreneur, and writes weekly for Inc.com.
