Sean MacAvaney

Sean MacAvaney is Lecturer in Machine Learning at the University of Glasgow, specializing in information retrieval and NLP. His Terrier Team research develops evaluation frameworks, reproducibility tools, and efficient ranking methods. He created PyTerrier and ir_datasets for experimental IR research.
