Dr Sean Lee serves as Senior Lecturer and Head of PEI Programs at the College of Engineering, Science and Environment, University of Newcastle, where he also coordinates the Master of Business Psychology program. With over a decade of cross-sector experience, he has held academic leadership roles at Singapore Management University, James Cook University, and Prep-Zone Academy Singapore.

His work bridges organisational psychology with people analytics, focusing on workplace wellness and evidence-based interventions. He actively contributes to multi-lab replication projects and maintains strong industry-academia linkages.
