Dr. Scott Stephenson is an Associate Professor at Melbourne Law School, The University of Melbourne. His research focuses on Australian and comparative constitutional law, including federalism, rights protection models, and separation of powers. He holds visiting positions at the University of Cambridge, University of Copenhagen, King’s College London, and University of Oxford. He is Treasurer and Council Member of the Australian Association of Constitutional Law.
