Scott Rutherford

Scott Rutherford is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management and Executive Director of the Weider Foundation Leadership Development Laboratory at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He also holds core faculty affiliation with the Self-Development Laboratory at Rotman.

His research and teaching focus on leadership development, emphasizing practical applications through real-world challenges in MBA programs. He specializes in decision making, team building, communication, ethics, and change management. Scott directs custom and open-enrollment leadership development programs, while maintaining external engagements with McKinsey & Company and Roots of Empathy as Chair.
