Scott Roark is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Finance at the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He transitioned to academia in 2006 after working in the commercial real estate industry, where he focused on asset management, portfolio management, and acquisitions. Previously, he served on the faculty at Boise State University and Colorado State University (CSU), where he was Director of the Everitt Real Estate Center.
