Scott R. Hamula is Professor and Chair of the Department of Strategic Communication at Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communications, where he has served since 1999. He concurrently directs the Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Communications (APRMC) program and advises the student chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF).
