Scott MacIsaac is a Canadian pianist and music educator affiliated with Yale University and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where he held academic roles such as Lecturer. He specializes in piano performance and pedagogy, with notable achievements including top prizes at international competitions like the Shigeru Kawai and OSM Competitions. His performances span solo recitals and orchestral collaborations with ensembles such as the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and the Montreal Symphony Orchestra. He has been honored with awards including the Chairman's Prize and Kathleen Higginson Piano Prize from Guildhall, and was named one of CBC's 30 Hot Canadian Musicians under 30. Alongside his performance career, MacIsaac teaches piano at institutions including Yale, Guildhall, and maintains a private studio in Calgary.
