Scott Liebhauser

Scott Liebhauser serves as Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Online Learning at Indiana Tech's College of Business, while holding the rank of Associate Professor of Business. His office is located in Snyder Academic Center 148, with office hours MW 10-11 a.m. He teaches courses in Business, Leadership, and Management.

Education:

• Spring Arbor University: Master's in Organizational Management
• Park University: Bachelor's in Human Resource Management
• Community College of the Air Force: Associates in Logistics, HRM, Knowledge Operations, and Education

Research/Leadership Focus: Specializes in strategic leadership, organizational management, and leadership development. His 2017 book The Leadership Imperative explores modern leadership frameworks.

Professional Experience:

• 20+ years in U.S. Air Force, culminating as Financial Services Superintendent
• Adjunct Professor at Spring Arbor University (2009-2011) and Regent University (2016-present)
• STARBASE Indiana: Founded in 2011, served as Executive Director until 2018, and currently Board Chair
