Scott Lawley

Scott Lawley is Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at Nottingham Business School, where he leads modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and supervises doctoral candidates.

Co-authored the market-leading textbook Organizational Behaviour (Oxford University Press), emphasizing diversity and post-pandemic work adaptations. Teaching innovations include active collaborative methods and online MBA content delivery.

Research explores organizational symbolism, workplace diversity, and pedagogical development. Serves on the board of SCOS (Standing Conference on Organizational Symbolism) and edited their journal Culture and Organization (2020-2023).
