Scott Klemens

Scott Klemens, OD, FAAO, is an Associate Professor at Pacific University's College of Optometry and Director of the Forest Grove Eye Clinic. With experience in full-scope optometry, including ocular disease management and contact lenses, he previously served as an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at Midwestern University.

• Education: Residency in Primary Care/Ocular Disease (Portland VAMC, 2009-2010), OD from Southern California College of Optometry (2009), BS from California Lutheran University (2005)

His research and professional interests focus on ocular disease management, diabetic eye disease screening, and clinical optometry in underserved populations through partnerships like EyePacs. Currently, Dr. Klemens also serves in the Air National Guard, providing eyecare and ensuring medical readiness for pilots.
