Dr. Scott Farrell is a Research Fellow at the RECOVER Injury Research Centre, The University of Queensland, with additional affiliations as an Affiliate of the Centre for Innovation in Pain and Health Research. His research explores neurological, genetic, and inflammatory mechanisms of chronic musculoskeletal pain, particularly whiplash-associated disorders, using methods like statistical genetics, big data analysis, immunohistochemistry, and quantitative sensory testing.
