Scott Elliott

Scott Elliott is a Part-Time Instructor in Music at Waynesburg University. His academic journey includes a Diploma in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music (graduated cum laude), a Master's in Music Theory from Duquesne University, and postgraduate studies in Music Theory at the University of Cincinnati.
