Scott Campbell is an Associate Professor of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Michigan's Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. He also serves as a Senior Fellow at the Michigan Society of Fellows and has directed the Doctoral Urban Planning Program for a decade.
