Scott Barrett is the Lenfest-Earth Institute Professor of Natural Resource Economics at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). He specializes in transnational challenges such as climate change, disease eradication, and ocean governance, focusing on institutional frameworks for international cooperation. Barrett is affiliated with the Center for Environmental Economics and Policy (CEEP) and the Ph.D. in Sustainable Development program.
