Savković Mile

Dr. Mile Savković is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering of the University of Kragujevac. He specializes in structural optimization, transportation machinery design, and finite element analysis, with extensive experience in both academic research and industry collaboration.

His research focuses on structural mechanics, material forming processes, and failure analysis in heavy machinery systems. He has developed numerous engineering solutions for load-bearing structures, factory installations, and transportation systems, including patented designs.

His recent publications (2011–2013) demonstrate expertise in bridge crane optimization, excavator axle fractures, and algorithmic design of truck crane booms. These works span mechanical engineering, multidisciplinary optimization, and industrial systems, often combining computational modeling with experimental validation.

As a certified responsible designer for transportation equipment and mechanical structures from the Serbian Chamber of Engineers, he contributes to technical standards and industrial innovation projects, particularly in Serbia’s manufacturing and mining sectors.
