About
Dr. Saroo Sharda is an Clinical Associate Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University, where she serves as the inaugural Associate Dean of Equity and Inclusion. From 2019 to 2024, she led equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, integrating anti-racist frameworks into regulatory processes and provincial policy.
