Sarah Wadmann

Sarah Wadmann is an External Lecturer at the Department of Public Health, Section of Health Services Research within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at the University of Copenhagen. She earned her Master in Public Health (2010) and Bachelor in Public Health (2007), both from the University of Copenhagen.

Her primary research examines how healthcare systems organization affects service delivery and public health, with special focus on quality and audit systems, coordination of healthcare services, public-private collaboration, and EU healthcare regulation. Wadmann employs Science and Technology Studies (STS) perspectives to investigate pharmaceutical practices, clinical decision-making, and knowledge formation in healthcare settings.

Wadmann's recent publications (2022-2025) demonstrate a continued focus on precision medicine implementation, patient information flows, therapeutic development, and healthcare governance. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks from sociology and ethics with practical healthcare delivery challenges.
