Dr Sarah Vaughan is a Research Consultant and Honorary Fellow in Politics at the School of Politics and International Relations. She has dedicated her career to studying Ethiopian political history, sociology of knowledge, decentralization, and conflict studies, with fieldwork experience in the Horn of Africa since the late 1980s.
