Dr. Sarah Smitherman Pratt is a Lecturer in the Ed.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change (EdD-LOC) program at Baylor University's School of Education. She previously held Assistant Professor positions at the University of North Texas and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. With nearly three decades of educational experience, her work focuses on complex conversations, mathematics education, and curriculum theory.
