Sarah Sidar

Sarah Sidar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Shenandoah University's School of Health Professions. She holds a Post-Professional OTD from Shenandoah University (2023), a Post-Professional MSOT from Virginia Commonwealth University (2008), and a BSOT from SUNY Buffalo.

Her research specializes in occupational therapy for pelvic health dysfunction, including bladder/bowel issues, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic pain. She is BCIA-certified in biofeedback for pelvic floor disorders and has developed rehabilitation programs across clinical settings.

Publications focus on postpartum care and neurodevelopmental treatment training, reflecting her clinical expertise. Personal interests include Spanish language, salsa dancing, yoga, and running.
