Sarah S. Lam is a Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering and serves as Graduate Director at the School of Systems Science and Industrial Engineering, Binghamton University. She also holds the role of Assistant Director for Systems Analysis and Modeling at the Watson Institute for Systems Excellence.
