Dr. Sarah Rose is Associate Professor and Course Leader for Psychology at Staffordshire University's Faculty of Health, Education, Policing and Sciences. She directs the Psychology Children's Lab and co-leads the MSc in Applied Research.
Her developmental psychology research examines children's wellbeing, creative methodologies, technology use, and educational practices. Current projects investigate digital resilience development and humor applications in learning contexts.
Publications employ diverse methods including drawings, Photovoice, and observational tasks to study children's occupational perceptions, problem-solving skills, and technology engagement. Recent work includes psychometric validation of childhood assessment tools and cross-cultural studies.
