Sarah Rawding

Sarah Rawding is a Senior Lecturer in Early Years at Sheffield Hallam University, serving as Course Leader for Foundation degrees in Early Years and Education and Learning Support. With qualifications including EYPS, MSc in Psychology, and PGCert in Learning and Teaching, her 15+ year career bridges nursery management and higher education.

Her research examines curiosity and creativity development in early childhood, particularly through discourse analysis of pedagogical practices. Sarah is a Thrive-certified practitioner and trainer focused on emotional development interventions.
