Sarah Pickup

Sarah Pickup is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Sunderland's School of Psychology. She graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Sunderland in 2010 and completed her PhD there in 2017. As a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, her work bridges organizational psychology, workplace health, and wellbeing.

• Research focuses on individual differences, physical/social work environments, and their impacts on employee behavior, health, and safety.
• Teaching leadership includes online MSc Psychology modules (e.g., PSYM100, PSYM98) and undergraduate modules like PSY261 (Future Selves).
