Dr. Sarah O'Neill is a Senior Lecturer at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) within the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Trinity College Dublin (2001) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Professions Education from RCSI (2015). Her career includes postdoctoral research in thrombosis and platelet biology at RCSI and Dublin City University, transitioning later to focus on medical education. She directs the RCSI Research Summer School and co-founded ICHAMS, an undergraduate research conference recognized with the Student Project of the Year Award (2013).
