Sarah Mosley is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Exercise & Sport Science at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She holds a Bachelor's in Physical Education, Health Education, and Fitness from Carroll College (2000) and a Master's in Education with a focus on Cross-Categorical Special Education and Autism Spectrum Certification from UWL (2005). Her expertise includes Teen Mental Health, Mental Health in Schools, and the implementation of new PE/Health standards.
Prior to academia, Mosley worked for 20 years as a K-12 public school teacher and managed a community fitness center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, where she led personal training, school sports teams, and health workshops. At UWL, she teaches courses such as ESS 230, 330, 361, 362, 418, and EDS 492.
