Sarah Mills

Sarah Mills is a Lecturer in Nursing at the Faculty of Health, Charles Darwin University. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) (2019), Master of Advanced Practice Nursing (2013), and is pursuing a PhD investigating contributing factors to Missed Nursing Care in Australia. Her research focuses on improving nursing practice, particularly in ICU and remote area nursing, and bridging theory-to-practice gaps in nursing education.
