Ms. Sarah Miller is a Lecturer in the Department of Languages, Literatures & Cultures at Appalachian State University, where she teaches introductory linguistics and courses on language education for teaching English learners. Her work focuses on language policy, multicultural education, and cross-cultural dialogue. She holds an M.Ed. in ESOL/Bilingual/Multicultural Education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (2000).
