Sarah Kate Wilson

Sarah Kate Wilson is a Senior Lecturer at Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London, leading Year 3 of BA Painting. She holds an MFA in Painting from the Slade School of Fine Art (2010) and a Practice-based PhD from the University of Leeds (2017), focusing on durational painting through gifting, grafting, hosting, and collaborating.

• Research Interests: Performance art integration into painting, expanded painting practices, animal mimicry, ancestral knowledge systems, and cosmic themes.
• Curatorial Work: Co-directs the Show-Off collective; curated 'Painting in Time' (2015-2016) with international reach.
• Key Projects: Collaborative performances at Royal Academy, Palais de Tokyo, and Bauhaus Museum; AHRC-funded PhD research.
