Dr. Sarah F. Porter is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Religious Studies at Gonzaga University. Her research focuses on early Christian material culture, deathscapes (cemeteries/martyria), and the intersection of archaeology with feminist/queer theory. She has conducted fieldwork in Greece, Italy, and Turkey.
