Sarah Everhart is an Assistant Professor of Law and Director of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic at Widener University's Delaware Law School. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Washington College and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law. Previously, she taught at the University of Maryland Francis K. Carey School of Law and Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
Research Interests: Professor Everhart specializes in state and federal agricultural and environmental law, with a focus on administrative law, environmental law, property law, land use, and sustainable development.
