Sarah El-Sherbiny

Sarah El-Sherbiny is a PreDoc Researcher at Vienna University of Technology, affiliated with the Computer Graphics department and the Visualization Group (E193-02). Her research spans Visual Analytics, Medical Visualization, Visual Computing, and Computer Graphics.

Her work focuses on developing visual analytics methods for radiogenomics analysis, enabling correlative exploration of multimodal data in healthcare contexts. She contributes to projects such as health virtual twins for stroke management in atrial fibrillation and tools for risk prediction, diagnosis, and rehabilitation.
