Sarah Cravens is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean of Research and Faculty Development at the University of Arkansas School of Law, joining in January 2025. She previously held roles such as C. Blake McDowell, Jr. Professor of Law at the University of Akron School of Law, Interim Co-Dean of its law school, and Vice Provost for Strategic Initiatives. She has also taught at the University of Tulsa College of Law and Washington and Lee School of Law.

Professor Cravens' professional experience includes clerkships on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, legal practice at Arnold & Porter LLP, and leadership roles in academia and private industry. She received her A.B. from Princeton, M.Phil. from Cambridge, and J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
