Sarah Cabral

Sarah Cabral is the Dean's Executive Professor at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, focusing on leadership and ethics curriculum. She previously served as a senior scholar of business ethics at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics and held roles at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, including senior lecturer and teaching/research fellow. Her research emphasizes business ethics, ethics education, and the philosophy of Kierkegaard. She currently serves as a board member and incoming Secretary of the Colleagues of Jesuit Business Education.

Education: B.A. in Philosophy and English Literature from Gordon College; M.A. in Humanities from the University of Chicago; M.B.A. from Boston College; Ph.D. in Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago. Her academic contributions bridge ethical theory, business practice, and Jesuit educational values.
