Sarah Butcher

Dr Sarah Butcher is an Honorary Lecturer at the School of Law and Justice, UniSQ. She teaches core and elective courses in Property Law, including Property/Advanced Property Law and Property Conveyancing/Advanced Property Conveyancing Law. Her academic background includes a BA from Nottingham Trent University, an LLM from the University of London, and a PhD from the University of Otago.

• Industry affiliations with International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and Queensland Law Society

Sarah’s PhD explored privacy law challenges for vulnerable groups, including children and rehabilitating offenders. She contributes to triathlon sports as a member of the Triathlon Australia Elite Selection Committee.
